We’ve recognised the experience and expertise of eight of our rising stars in the latest round of promotions across a range of specialist legal services.

A specialist in the social housing and marine sectors, Kate Westlake is celebrating her promotion from Associate to Partner. Quickly rising through the ranks of the our Real Estate team, she undertakes work in a range of commercial property matters including development, acquisitions and disposals of property, commercial leases and licences and charging and security work. Her clients include developers, landlords and tenants, social housing providers and owners of property portfolios.

Meanwhile, Antonia Melville-Shreeve, a solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate team and Sian Barrett in the Construction Law team have been promoted to Senior Associate.

In addition, Laura Stanley in the Dispute Resolution team, Charlotte Crane in the Residential Property team, Rebecca Davies and Charlotte Owens in the Real Estate team and Kai Whicker in the Family team have been promoted to Associate.
