All of the packages include an initial review of the shareholder or partners agreement (where appropriate), Articles of Association, Companies House entries to assess your position, answers to FAQs and an alternative dispute resolution guide.
We can also offer a business mediation service to resolve business owners disputes. We would remain neutral and if the mediation does not resolve matters we would cease to be involved in the dispute.
