  • HR Helpline – You will have direct access to our team through our dedicated phone and email helpline. You’ll get to know our team members by name and we’ll get to know you and your business well, meaning we can work closely with you to achieve your goals
  • Health check of key documents – Our specialists can carry out an ‘MOT’ of your current contracts and handbook to advise you on any areas that might need attention and to make sure that you keep your key documents up to date. Dedicated team – Our HRExpress team includes both legally qualified and HR professionals. With the support of our broader employment team, we pride ourselves on providing personal service and establishing strong relationships with the businesses we advise
  • Templates – Saving time and ensuring accuracy, we have a suite of template letters and documents for you to use
  • Updates – Through access to our regular bulletins and training sessions, you can be sure that you’re kept constantly up to date with the latest in case law and other HR developments.

Any advice you receive through HRExpress is legally privileged so unlike working with an HR consultant, you can be comfortable that the service is confidential to you and your business.

With HRExpress you can decide the level of service that best suits you and your business, and we’ll tailor our package to make sure you receive the advice and support you’re looking for.  We’ve chosen to provide HRExpress over three levels so that it gives you the right level of support you’re looking for:

  • Safety Net: a light touch option focusing on advice through our helpline
  • Platinum: more complete support giving access to our helpline, document health checks and drafting assistance with templates
  • Virtual HR Manager: we take on your HR function and provide an end to end service, with total freedom to include the support you need

Whether you choose our Safety Net, Platinum or Virtual HR Manager package, we don’t tie you in with a long contract.  At the end of the year, it’s up to you whether you want to renew or not but we are confident that you will because of the exceptional quality of our service and our bespoke approach to your specific circumstances.
