Charlotte is a senior associate in our Real Estate team based in our Truro office and joined Stephens Scown in 2019.

Charlotte specialises in residential sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Land Registry voluntary registrations, auction sales and purchases and Buy to Let acquisitions

Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in August 2015, after gaining a Law LLB Honours Degree from Cardiff University in 2012 and completing the Legal Practice Course at The University of the West of England in 2014.
