Rebekah is a solicitor specialising in all aspects of UK immigration and nationality law. Rebekah completed her LLB Law Degree at the University of Bristol and subsequently completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol. Rebekah completed her training contract at Stephens Scown and qualified as a solicitor in August 2019.
Rebekah assists private individuals with applications for Entry Clearance, Leave to Remain and Indefinite Leave to Remain under Appendix FM to the Immigration Rules, the Points Based System and non-Points Based System categories, such as applications under the UK Ancestry Rules. Rebekah advises on, and prepares, applications for EU nationals and their family members under the EU Settlement Scheme, as well as applications for British Citizenship (registration and naturalisation). Rebekah also works on complex human rights cases, appeals to the First-Tier Tribunal and deportation matters.
Rebekah has also spent time working alongside our firm’s Employment team and is therefore well placed to advise employers on business immigration matters.
In her spare time, Rebekah enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, reading, cooking and going to the gym.
