George is a solicitor in Corporate team and joined Stephens Scown in 2023.

George has experience with shareholders’ agreements, company governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience with terms and conditions for supply of goods and services to businesses.

George was born in Bulgaria (therefore fluent in Bulgarian) and has a BA degree in English Linguistics which allows him to teach English as a foreign language. George completed the LLB Law at the University of Exeter and the LPC with Business at BPP Bristol; he qualified as a solicitor in April 2021.

Prior to working as solicitor George was the general manager for a healthcare firm which was the sole EU distributor for the largest acupuncture brand in the world. In his role George managed their trademark portfolio and supply/exclusivity/sole distributorship agreements.

Outside of work George is passionate about food, cooking and travelling. He also enjoys cycling, running and growing his own food at his allotment.
