Paige is an Associate in the Real Estate team’s specialist Commercial subsector and forms part of our Healthcare Sector.

Paige joined Stephens Scown in 2023, having previously focussed on development and investment work at a local regional law firm.

Having grown up in North Devon, Paige has always been based in the South West with many connections to the area.

Paige now specialises in working with landlords and tenants; whether related to leases, the sale and purchase of owner occupied properties, or the sale and purchase of investment properties. Examples of her most work include:

• Acting on the sale of a Care Home
• Advising on the sale of a Dental Practice
• Acting on the purchase on a pub
• Advising on leasehold renewals
• Advising on title issues
• Advising on commercial re-financing
• Dealing with post-completion work and requirements.

Passionate about our B Corp status, Paige helps to live our values with volunteer work in the local community with a particular focus on schools and social mobility.

Outside of work, Paige attempts to find balance in raising a young family and a house renovation with occasional yoga and walks in the Blackdown Hills.
