Amy joined Stephens Scown in August 2026, working as a paralegal in the Employment and Immigration team.
Completing her Law LLB at the University of Nottingham, her work with the team includes:
- Assisting with advising clients through HRExpress.
- Negotiating settlement agreement clauses.
- Updating employee handbooks in line with updates in employment legislation.
- Assisting with matters such as redundancy and legal changes following the Employment Rights Act 2025.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys yoga, crochet, hiking, and spending time at the beach.
