Abigail is a trainee solicitor undertaking her first seat in the IP and IT team, she assists in a variety of tasks across Intellectual Property, IT and Data Protection. Abigail joined Stephens Scown in 2021.
Abigail has a first-class degree in International Relations and Anthropology from The University of Exeter. She completed her GDL and LPC with distinction from The University of Law. She also has a LLM in International Refugee Law from Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam.
Abigail has extensive experience in the charity sector including working to support Litigants in Person representing themselves in The Royal Courts of Justice.
She is the cofounder of the Young Animal Lawyers Network, based at The UK Centre for Animal Law. She is also an active member of Lawyers for Nature.
Outside of work Abigail enjoys running, yoga, swimming, and generally being outdoors.
