Kia is a Solicitor Apprentice in the Property Litigation team based in Taunton.

She started her legal career with Stephens Scown, joining the firm in 2019. Kia is finishing her Law degree through the Solicitor Apprenticeship Programme and will be undertaking the SQE in 2027.

Her property litigation work covers:

  • Complex multi-track possession and disrepair claim.
  • Advising on residential tenancies, Section 21 and Section 8 Notices.
  • Contested and un-contested commercial lease renewals.

Outside of work she enjoys reading, gardening, and yoga.
