Karolina is a solicitor in the Employment team at Stephens Scown and enjoys supporting employer and employee clients with their legal and HR needs.

Karolina joined Stephens Scown in August 2021 and completed her training contract with the firm, qualifying as a solicitor in November 2023.

Prior to joining Stephens Scown, Karolina graduated from the University of Bristol with a Law LLB and a Health, Law, and Society LLM. Karolina also completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in Bristol.

Outside of work, Karolina enjoys travelling, playing musical instruments in a local Jazz Orchestra, and attending live concerts.
