My recent matters have been dealt with by Karolina. As we’ve built a rapport over time Karolina has a good knowledge of our organisation which really helps. Karolina always does what she says she is going to/comes back to me promptly. A pleasure to work with and is always clear too when I’m edging out of the HRExpress remit! Always very supportive and happy to re-explain if I ask questions. Thank you.
