Jill Bruce

Jill is a partner in the Truro office, having joined the firm from Foot Anstey in February 2020. She has been a specialist family lawyer for over 25 years, qualifying in 1996, dealing with high net worth cases involving complex pensions; business interests; inherited wealth and trusts.

Jill regularly advises families on wealth protection, using pre and post nuptial agreements to protect assets in the event of relationship breakdown with a particular specialism in ring-fencing personal injury settlements. She also advises on financial provision for children of unmarried parents under Schedule 1 Children Act 1989.

Jill is Vice Chair of Cornwall Resolution and a qualified mediator. She has a constructive and non-confrontational approach to achieve the best outcome for parents and their children.
