Sean is a solicitor in the Corporate team at Stephens Scown, specialising in insolvency and corporate commercial matters.
Sean originally qualified as a solicitor in Australia in 2010 after studying law at the Legal Profession Admissions Board in Sydney before doing his post graduate certificate in legal practice at The Australian National University. He subsequently qualified to practise in England in September 2012 through the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test.
Sean has experience advising and acting for insolvency practitioners, company directors, and individuals on a range of matters relating to corporate and personal insolvencies.
In addition Sean advises companies, directors and shareholders in respect of share purchase and asset purchase agreements, EMI option schemes, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts for supply of goods and services (B2B).
In his spare time Sean enjoys cricket, rugby, golf and football, song writing and playing guitar, and reading.
