Hilary is a partner and advises on development work, site acquisitions and sales, acquisitions and sales of commercial and residential premises, landlord and tenant matters and bank financing work.
Within the social housing sector she acts for a number of national and local housing associations and community land trusts advising on site acquisitions, setting up the site for plot sales, preparing shared ownership leases, transfers to include provisions to ensure the property’s future affordability, and drafting and reviewing s106 agreements and other statutory property agreements.
Hilary qualified in September 2006 and advises marine businesses on the property side of transactions including acquisition and sales of marine premises, and preparing and reviewing leases for the letting of marine premises.
