Charisse is a partner who gives advice to people involved in difficult personal disputes relating to wills, trusts and inheritance.

Her work includes:

  • helping a client with a potential claim against a deceased person’s estate where there was no will
  • working with executors and trustees to understand their duties and ensuring they are compliant
  • successfully advising on a claim against professional trustees for their failure to distribute trust funds correctly
  • helping an unmarried couple on the division of their assets following the breakdown of their relationship

Charisse qualified in September 2009 and is a member of the Association of Contentious Probate & Trust Solicitors.

Outside of work, Charisse enjoys walking, surfing, golf, skiing and travelling.
