Workplace Disputes

Unfortunately disputes in the workplace can often happen and we’re able to help employees at any level within a business or organisation.

From time to time, disputes involve allegations of discrimination or victimisation. It may be that you feel you've been the subject of bullying and harassment whether it’s by your colleagues or by management.  This may take the form of being constantly picked on or treated unfairly, being shouted at, physically abused, routinely ignored or being set unrealistic targets.  We’re here to talk about how you can get the right help and advice about these matters and it’s vital in dispute situations, that you do this as early as possible.
