Tara joined Stephens Scown in October 2023, working as a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team’s specialist Property Litigation subsector.

Having a range of experience, Tara’s work include:

• Property litigation, residential and commercial conveyancing.
• Assisting with the sale and purchase of commercial premises including shops, guesthouses, and a public house.
• Assisted with commercial dilapidation claims, and a variety of possession claims.

Tara is also a school Governor at Mayfield School in Torquay, which is a school for children who have severe and profound learning difficulties.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking and baking, as well as exploring the South West with her children.
