Racheal is a solicitor in our Family team having joined Stephens Scown in September 2022 and qualifying in 2024. Racheal specialises in the financial aspects on divorce or dissolution. Racheal also advises on a wide range of family law issues, including divorce, financial settlements and deals with enforcement issues.

Racheal is a member of Resolution, a national body focused on resolving issues in a constructive way. As part of this organisation, Racheal encourages and advises clients to resolve matters utilising non-court dispute resolution methods and where this is not possible, she advises clients through the court process to achieve the best possible outcome.

Racheal graduated from the University of Exeter with a 2:1 Undergraduate degree in Law LLB and the University of Law achieving a Distinction in the LPC LLM.

Outside of work Racheal enjoys strength training in the gym, coffee in the city and long walks across Dartmoor.
