Eloisa joined Stephens Scown in August 2025, working as a paralegal in the Employment team.

She recently graduated from Cardiff University, where she undertook pro bono work, internships, work experience, and a vacation scheme prior to joining the firm.

Her areas of work providing support across the team includes:

• Supporting teams as clients go through employment tribunal claims.
• Drafting employment documents, including contracts of employment, director service agreements and staff handbooks.
• Drafting settlement agreements on behalf of employers and employee clients and advising on the terms of the agreement.

Outside of work, Eloisa enjoys cooking, reading and has recently picked up sewing as a hobby. She meets up with friends regularly, often to do something outdoors together, whether going for walks, paddleboarding at the beach or at a lake, or having barbeques and picnics.
