James is a solicitor in the Corporate team at Stephens Scown. He first joined in September 2018 and following a move to work in-house at the largest and fastest growing coffee shop chain in the UK, he re-joined in October 2022.

James advises on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

James qualified as a solicitor in 2015.

Outside of work he enjoys football, tennis, surfing and is learning to play golf.
