Andrew is a senior associate in the Family Law team based in St Austell. He joined Stephens Scown in 2010.

Qualifying in October 1991 he specialises in child law and represents children, parents or extended family members in court proceedings before the Family Court involving Social Services and Child Protection cases. Undertaking his own advocacy in most cases.

Andrew’s recent work includes:

• Acting for a young person in care proceedings and ensuring they are kept safe
• Acting for a young parent to ensure their child remained in their care
• Acting for a grandparent to enable their grandchild to live with them and not be adopted.

Outside of work Andrew enjoys gardening, walking, rugby and watching live music.
