Patrycja Cisewska is the Employee Ownership Trust Business Partner at Aquascot, one of the largest employee-owned businesses in Scotland and one of the UK’s major seafood processors. Patrycja is the guest speaker for our July 2026 knowledge share.

In many ways, Employee Ownership provides a business with the ability to do things differently and for employee owners to experience work differently.
