Join us for an engaging morning event on employee ownership where we seek to foster connection between EO businesses and share insights, opportunities and challenges. We’re bringing together employee ownership leaders, and business owners seeking to learn more about it, from various industries in the South West of England.
We want to facilitate an exchange of experiences and ideas, exploring both successes and challenges in unlocking the benefits of employee ownership. By sharing the group’s past experiences, we aim to collectively move towards a future of greater employee ownership across all our organisations.
Employee ownership is not a silver bullet. But it does unlock opportunities and help with your challenges if you do it for the right reasons, apply effort with consideration, and learn from others who have done the hard miles.
Agenda:
• Insights from employee owned business Blue Sky Financial Planning, a leading independent, chartered financial planning company based in Poole, on how employee ownership helped them strengthen their culture and future.
• Reflections on how business leaders in employee owned businesses can build trust, employee voice and shared responsibility through thoughtful communication. Delivered by Salad Creative and drawing on candid examples from a range of employee owned businesses.
• Discussion, networking and breakfast.
