Mediation services

The Government and many employer organisations now recommend mediation as a means of resolving workplace disputes at the earliest stage possible so that working relationships can be mended, rather than allowing disputes to fester causing irreparable damage. 

Mediation is also favoured by ACAS because it’s cheaper than litigation, not only in immediate costs, but by preventing high staff turnover, reducing sickness absence, recruitment and agency costs and maintaining productivity. Mediation is undertaken by an independent mediator, is entirely confidential and can result in binding agreements.

The normal process of mediation will last for between a half and a full day and can be provided by our own accredited mediator, Terry Falcão.
