Teri joined the firm in November 2009. Teri has over 25 years experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing

This includes sales and purchases, re-mortgages, sales of part, easements, transfers of equity, adverse possession and lifetime mortgages.

A Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives with a First Class Honours degree in Humanities and Social Studies, Teri has previously been Operations Manager and subsequently Head of Department for one of the top law firms, Irwin Mitchell in Sheffield where she enhanced her skills and client care standards. She has an unquestionable commitment to achieving clients' aims wherever possible.

Teri enjoys teaching Land Law on the Institute of Legal Executives Level 3 course at Truro College.

Outside of work Teri is a beginner at Kayaking, loves walking the Cornish coastal path and keeping fit. She is also a qualified aromatherapist.
