Applications and Appeals

The requirements for submitting a valid planning application are becoming ever more onerous and complicated. A planning application should be carefully prepared and reviewed prior to submission to ensure that the requirements of validation are met and that the correct application fee is paid.

We become involved with development proposals from the pre-application stage, submitting applications and managing the determination process from start to finish. This includes maintaining regular liaison with planning officers and presenting applications to planning committee meetings if necessary.

Members of our Planning Team have represented local authorities as well as appellants at planning appeals and know exactly what is required to present the best possible case so as to maximise your chances of success.
