The Role

  • You will be working as a Paralegal within the Planning Team dealing with varied and interesting workload.
  • Your duties will include but are not limited to dealing with new client enquiries and coordinating new matters in an efficient and timely manner.
  • You will have the opportunity to assist the team with all aspects of Planning work, including but not limited to advising on: planning permission, appeals, CIL, s106 agreements, infrastructure agreements, judicial review, highways and public rights of way and environmental law and other tasks as directed by the team leader.

About You

  • You will an experienced Paralegal or Secretary looking to progress their role.
  • You are highly organised, accurate and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on exceptional client care.
  • You will need to have a flexible approach and the ability to work within a team environment.
  • Strong administrative background and previous document management system experience in a professional services firm will be an advantage.
  • Previous knowledge and experience in Real Estate or Planning work would be an advantage but is not essential.
