Ted joined Stephens Scown in September 2024 as a trainee solicitor. He undertook his first seat in the Intellectual Property, Data Protection & Technology team, his second seat in the Property Litigation team and now he is in Property Development.
Ted read for a BA in Jurisprudence at Lincoln College, University of Oxford from 2020 to 2023, and then an LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law from 2023-2024.
Some of his recent work has been advising on disputes concerning water supply and drainage between neighbours, as well as on the possibilities to develop land which is subject to restrictive covenants related to building.
His current areas of work include:
- Sales and purchases
- Secured lending
- Development projects
Outside of work, Ted is a keen cyclist, and a technology enthusiast, building desktop computers in his spare time.
