Steph joined Stephens Scown in 2004. She is a Real Estate Development paralegal who now specialises in selling open market dwellings and shared ownership leases for our registered social landlords. This work includes private sales, resales, staircasing, land disposals and the property work associated with bond issues used to release finance including all of the associated charging work.

She is responsible for a number of the firm’s critical precedents. She assists legal advisors and trainees in their work relating to all aspects of real estate. Her first class service to clients means that they now rely on her to achieve the budgeting deadlines set by our clients.

Outside of work, Steph enjoys spending time with her young family, long walks along the beach, DIY and interior design.
