Oskar joined Stephens Scown in September 2026, working as a paralegal in the Corporate team’s specialist Insolvency and Restructuring subsector.

Graduating in 2026 with a first-class Law LLB degree from the University of Exeter, his work in the team includes:

• Acting for insolvency practitioners, business people, creditors and debtors on matters relating to corporate and personal insolvencies.
• Advising directors and shareholders on corporate matters, particularly on lending and taking security.
• Drafting research notes and Confidential Information Memoranda (CIM).

Outside of work, Oskar is part of the Polish National Powerlifting team, and he enjoys playing different sports at various competitive levels – including volleyball and boxing. Apart from sports he enjoys reading about finance, psychology, and philosophy.
