Olivia joined Stephens Scown in September 2026, working as a solicitor in the Real Estate team’s specialist Commercial Property sector.  

Since qualifying in 2025, she has worked on matters in the sector, with particular expertise in:  

• Landlord and tenant transactions 

• Business sales and acquisitions 

Having completed an undergraduate in Philosophy and English Literature at Oxford Brookes University, Olivia went onto the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at Exeter University before successfully completing her Legal Practice Course (LPC) with the University of Law alongside her training contract.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys cooking, exploring Cornwall and trying a new food spot.
