Megan joined Stephens Scown in July 2026, working as a paralegal in the Family (Children) team.  

Her role with the team includes: 

• Helping vulnerable clients to complete Legal Aid applications and liaising with the Legal Aid Agency to provide supporting documentation. 

• Preparing client witness statements in children and financial remedy proceedings. 

• Supporting clients at court during Child Arrangement Order proceedings. 

She attended the University of Law in Manchester, gaining experience volunteering at the Manchester Magistrates Court. There, Megan supported witnesses and undertook judicial marshalling at the Old Bailey. 

Outside of work, Megan enjoys yoga on the beach, long walks, and swimming.
