Qualifying as a solicitor in 2019, Megan joined Stephens Scown’s Real Estate team in 2023 working in the specialist Development subsector.

Having completed her CILEX qualifications and LPC part-time, she has experience in social housing and some of Megan’s current work includes:

• The acquisition or disposal of land for residential or commercial development.
• Disposals of developed land by freehold sales and grants of leases.
• Acquisition or disposal of land with construction obligations and development agreements.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spinning, crocheting, and reading.
