Megan is a Solicitor in the Private Client team based in Truro. Megan joined Stephens Scown in 2017 and qualified in November 2019.

Megan advises private individuals on wealth preservation, in particular assisting clients in relation to inheritance tax planning and trusts. In addition, Megan also assists clients in preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Megan recently advised clients in relation to the termination of an unnecessary trust drafted into in a Will, meaning a large inheritance tax bill was avoided.
