Lucy joined Stephens Scown in June 2026, working as a paralegal in the Inheritance and Trust Disputes team.  

Her work with the team includes: 

• Disputes relating to Wills 

• Claims relating to property following the breakdown of non-marital relationships 

• Executor and trustee disputes 

• Challenges to estates under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. 

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys travelling and seeing the world with family and friends, a good shopping trip, or getting stuck into a book.
