Libby joined Stephens Scown in September 2025, working as a trainee solicitor in the Employment team.

She graduated in 2024 from the University of Plymouth with First Class Honours and then achieved a Distinction for her LPC LLM with ULAW (Exeter campus).

Her work includes:

Supporting teams as clients go through employment tribunal claims.

Drafting employment documents, including contracts of employment, director service agreements and staff handbooks.

Drafting settlement agreements on behalf of employers and employee clients and advising on the terms of the agreement.

Outside of work, Libby loves being by the sea, exploring different beaches and going sea swimming whenever she can. She is also a big reader and enjoys getting stuck into a good book, especially a romance or fantasy.
