Libby joined Stephens Scown in September 2025, working as a trainee solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team’s Property Litigation specialist subsector.

She graduated in 2024 from the University of Plymouth with First Class Honours and then achieved a Distinction for her LPC LLM with ULAW (Exeter campus).

Some of her work includes:

• General real estate matters, such as commercial transactions, freehold disposals, and commercial development.
• Historic minerals registration projects.
• Assisting in the due diligence on mineral right and property holdings.

Outside of work, Libby loves being by the sea, exploring different beaches and going sea swimming whenever she can. She is also a big reader and enjoys getting stuck into a good book, especially a romance or fantasy.
