Kweku joined Stephens Scown in September 2026, working as a trainee solicitor in the Corporate team’s specialist Restructuring and Insolvency sector. 

He completed his Law LLB at Lancaster University, graduating with a 2:1 in 2024, following that with his LPC at BPP University in 2025. That was followed with a spell as a paralegal working on Immigration and Civil Litigation matters.   

His work with the team involves: 

• Supporting work on contentious and non-contentious personal and corporate insolvency. 

• Working with partners as they act for insolvency practitioners, business people, creditors and debtors.  

• Supporting partners as they advise directors and shareholders on corporate matters, particularly on lending and taking security.  

Outside of work, Kweku is an avid supporter of Tottenham Hotspur. He enjoys gardening and carpentry and is keen to try rock climbing in the near future.
