Katie is a trainee solicitor in the Insolvency and Restructuring team, having changed departments in March 2024.

Katie joined Stephens Scown in September 2023, and completed the first seat of her training contract in the Private Client team. Her work involved drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney, assisting with probate applications and estate administration.

Prior to joining the firm, Katie had gained a year of experience as a Private Client paralegal. Katie completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Liverpool before completing her LPC and Masters with the University of Law Manchester.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys bouldering, travel, and live music.
