About Grace

Grace joined Stephens Scown in September 2023 and is a trainee solicitor in the Property Litigation team.

She worked at the firm during the final year of her undergraduate degree and during her LPC LLM. Grace’s current work involves:

Complex multi-track possession and disrepair claim.

Advising on residential tenancies, Section 21 and Section 8 Notices.

Contested and un-contested commercial lease renewals.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys cooking and baking, enjoying the Cornish outdoors with her husband and dachshund, riding horses, and various crafts.
