Grace joined Stephens Scown in September 2023, working as a paralegal in the Real Estate team’s specialist Rural sector.

She worked at the firm during the final year of her undergraduate degree and during her LPC LLM. Starting her training contract in September, her current work involves:

• High value farm sales and purchases.
• Preparing applications for first registration of agricultural and residential properties.
• Preparing deeds of easement for agricultural and residential properties.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys cooking and baking, enjoying the Cornish outdoors with her fiancé and dachshund, riding horses, and various crafts.
