Grace joined Stephens Scown in September 2023 and is a trainee solicitor in the Family Law team.

She worked at the firm during the final year of her undergraduate degree and during her LPC LLM. Grace’s current work involves:

• Negotiating financial settlements to achieve a fair division of the parties’ finances.
• Contested financial remedy proceedings.
• Supporting clients behind the scenes whilst they utilise alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration.
• Enforcement of financial orders.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys cooking and baking, enjoying the Cornish outdoors with her fiancé and dachshund, riding horses, and various crafts.
