Ellie is a Solicitor Apprentice in our Real Estate team and is based in the Truro office. She is part of the Social Housing and Public Sector sub-teams and works with a range of clients including housing associations, registered providers, town and parish councils, developers and private landowners.
She deals with a broad range of Public Sector, Charity and Social Housing matters, including:
- Site Acquisitions and disposals
- Conveyancing
- Commercial leases
- Lease extensions
- Buy-backs
- Open market disposals
- First registrations
- Development and title due diligence
- Auction packs
- Property matters for local authorities and town councils such as devolutions
Ellie joined Stephens Scown in February 2022 after completing her A-levels and is currently studying for her LLB with the University of Law as part of her solicitor apprenticeship.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, going for walks with her dog and playing darts for her local ladies’ team.
