Charlie joined Stephens Scown in June 2023 as a paralegal, working in the Real Estate team’s specialist Residential subsector.

Having worked in residential conveyancing for seven years and currently undertaking the CILEx Professional Qualification, Charlie’s expertise sees her working on:

• Undertaking and assisting freehold and leasehold sales and purchases;
• Remortgages; and
• Transfers of equity.

Outside of the office, Charlie enjoys spending her time cooking, and walking with her dog in the South West’s many beauty spots.
