Anna joined Stephens Scown in October 2022 as an associate in the Real Estate team’s specialist Social Housing sector.

A qualified Chartered Legal Executive, she has over 15 years’ experience in conveyancing matters and has a wealth of knowledge in areas such as:

• Acquisitions (sale and purchase, including conditional contracts subject to planning and option agreements)
• Open market and site set ups
• Sale and Purchase of residential and commercial property freehold and leasehold properties
• Shared ownership purchase and sales
• Commercial leases
• Purchasing plots and dealing with lenders’ requirements
• Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity and first registrations new builds
• Supervising and managing the sales and disposals for providers (including shared ownership, disposals of older stock. Lease extensions and changing/advising on model documents and designated protected areas)

Outside of work Anna enjoys socialising and travel, spending time with her family and taking her dog for walks.
