Meaningful Conversations That Matter
Concept for - Meaningful Conversations That Matter

Turning difficult conversations into meaningful ones

Great leaders don’t struggle because they don’t care — they struggle because the conversations that matter most are often the hardest to have. From softened feedback to unresolved tension, avoided dialogue can hold teams back.

Run in collaboration with Jude Yates of Good Day Red, this interactive 2‑hour workshop helps people managers lead clearer, braver and more human conversations without becoming confrontational or scripted. You’ll explore how honest dialogue builds trust, strengthens relationships and drives performance, and you’ll learn simple, practical frameworks to use immediately at work.

Through guided practice in a supportive environment, you’ll develop greater clarity, curiosity and confidence — especially in moments that matter. The session is also a pathway into a deeper coaching‑supported programme for those who want to embed these skills long-term.

Who is it for?
Leaders, managers, HR professionals, project leads, business owners and anyone who wants to approach challenging conversations with confidence, empathy and accountability.
