Chloe Richards is the Email Marketing Strategist and Employee Trustee at I-COM, the first digital agency in Manchester to become employee owned. Chloe was also shortlisted as an Employee Owner of the Year at the 2026 UK eo awards, so we are excited to welcome her as the guest speaker for our August 2026 knowledge share.

Chloe’s experience as an employee joining an employee owned business, and then being elected as the Employee Trustee, means she has been able to bring the filter of the “Beginner’s Mindset” to support her business evolve what employee ownership means.
