The Role

Join our passionate and forward-thinking IT team, based across all of our offices. These roles will be based in Truro and Taunton. As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be at the centre of our technical operations, providing hands-on, front-line support to keep our users connected, productive, and secure every day.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll:

  • Work collaboratively with fellow IT Support Engineers and the wider IT team across all our office locations to deliver outstanding service and technical expertise.
  • Set up, configure, and optimise laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and seamless user experiences.
  • Install, maintain, and support authorised software, while keeping systems secure and up to date with the latest patches and upgrades.
  • Play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring users can always work efficiently and securely.

About You

You’re an enthusiastic customer-focused IT professional who thrives in a busy and supportive environment. You enjoy solving problems, sharing knowledge, and making technology work better for everyone.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in a first or second-line IT Service Desk role.
  • Is confident supporting Microsoft Office 365, with a good understanding of Networking, Azure Services, Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • Excels in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent results.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Holds a clean driving licence to travel between our offices when needed.
