Tegan is a solicitor apprentice in our Employment team who originally joined Stephens Scown as a paralegal in October 2022.
Tegan graduated from the University of Exeter (Cornwall) with an LLB Law with Business in July 2022.
She specialises in:
- Assisting with advising clients on HR matters through our firm’s HR Express services;
- Assisting with progressing Employment Tribunal disputes; and
- Carrying out Employment legal research.
Recent work includes:
- Advising employers on flexible working requests; and
- Drafting settlement agreements.
Outside of work, Tegan enjoys seeing as much of Cornwall as she can through outdoors running, sea swimming and coastal walks.
