Roisin joined Stephens Scown in January 2026, working as a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property Team.
Roisin qualified in March 2020 and deals with a wide range of commercial property work, such as:
- Handling freehold and leasehold disposals and acquisitions.
- Advising on a range of commercial landlord and tenant matters to investors, developers and occupiers
- Handling commercial property financing
- Advising on property aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Some examples of Roisin’s recent work include:
- Leading the property element of a £3.8 million share sale involving seven properties.
- Assisting on a £2.2 million acquisition of an industrial park with 16 units and bank finance.
- Successfully completing a key adverse possession claim enabling a business sale to proceed.
Outside of work, Roisin is an avid traveller, who enjoys the outdoors and walks with her dog along the Dorset coastline. She also cycles, does Pilates and has succumbed to the recent Padel hype.
